Duties

• Conduct door-to-door visits to promote and sell products or services.
• Build rapport with potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Utilize negotiation skills to close sales effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for outreach and lead generation.
• Perform outbound calling as necessary to follow up with leads generated from door-to-door efforts.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Stay informed about product features, benefits, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.

Skills

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
• Experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or technology sales is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Background in technical sales or inside sales preferred.
• Ability to engage in warm calling techniques to nurture leads.
• Demonstrated business development acumen with a focus on achieving sales targets.
