Skills Required: Assistant General Manager

The Assistant General Manager will assist the General Manager in managing the daily operations of the Dunkin' location. This includes overseeing the staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inventory and supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized store. The Assistant General Manager will also be responsible for training new employees, scheduling staff, and ensuring that all company policies and procedures are followed.

• Assist the General Manager in managing the daily operations of the Dunkin' location

• Previous experience as an Assistant General Manager in the food service industry is preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
