Cool Breeze Heating, A/C & Refrigeration is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Technician to join our growing team. We are looking for a dependable, skilled professional who takes pride in their work and is committed to long-term employment.

Position Summary

The Refrigeration Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of commercial refrigeration systems. This role requires strong technical knowledge, the ability to work independently, and excellent customer service skills.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on refrigeration experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems
• EPA Certification (required)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair refrigeration equipment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair refrigeration systems efficiently and accurately
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Complete work orders and documentation in a timely manner
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory
• Provide excellent service to customers while representing the company professionally
• Follow all safety policies and procedures

Sign-On Bonus Terms

The $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered to qualified candidates with the required experience. Bonus eligibility and terms will be outlined in the offer letter.
