What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead projects related to managed services onboarding, infrastructure upgrades, and service enhancements
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project phases
• Oversee smooth transition from project implementation to steady-state managed services
• Track project budgets and ensure profitability

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Proven experience in project management within managed services or IT environments
• Strong understanding of ITIL and managed services frameworks
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to identify and mitigate operational and technical risks
• Experience in financial oversight and budget management

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Familiarity with application modernization and cybersecurity projects
• Previous experience working with enterprise and midmarket clients
• Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2)
