Job Overview
Packaging and Assembly Technician, where your energy and precision will drive the production of high-quality products. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently assembling components, packaging finished goods, and ensuring compliance with industry standards such as FDA regulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices). Your mechanical knowledge, hands-on skills with hand tools, and familiarity with warehouse operations will be essential to maintaining smooth production flow. Duties

• Assemble products accurately using mechanical tools and hand tools, following detailed work instructions and specifications
• Operate packaging machinery and equipment in accordance with safety protocols and quality standards
• Ensure all products meet FDA regulations and CGMP guidelines to maintain compliance throughout the manufacturing process
• Prepare finished goods for shipment by packaging, labeling, and palletizing according to company procedures
• Use forklifts safely to move materials within the warehouse or production area
• Conduct quality checks during assembly and packaging to identify defects or inconsistencies
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace that adheres to safety standards and supports efficient workflow

Experience

• Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is highly preferred
• Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using hand tools and basic machinery
• Familiarity with packaging processes and assembly line operations
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and CGMP standards relevant to manufacturing environments
• Ability to operate forklifts safely (certification preferred)
• Warehouse experience including inventory management or material handling is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and ability to follow detailed instructions

Pay: $ $26.42 per hour
