Job Description :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support the facilitation of the Business Continuity Program (BCP) for the Operations department. This role will assist in maintaining and enhancing resiliency strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting cross-functional teams in implementing business continuity plans. The position is Temp-to-Perm, offering an opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the development, maintenance, and documentation of business continuity plans, including risk assessments and emergency response protocols.
• Coordinate and facilitate Business Impact Analysis (BIA) activities for Operations teams.
• Support testing and validation of business continuity strategies, including tabletop exercises and recovery drills.
• Track and report on BCP compliance metrics, ensuring timely updates and remediation of gaps.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather data, update plans, and communicate program requirements.
• Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging trends in business continuity and operational resiliency.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for BCP meetings, audits, and regulatory reviews.
Requirements
• 2-4+ years of experience in business continuity, risk management, or operational support preferred.
• Familiarity with BCP frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Archer BCP tools or platforms is a plus.
