Responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the office and human resources functions at the Natchez facility.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily management of office operations.
Maintain required production reporting.
Collaborate with accounts payable to manage incoming invoices.
Complete and process new hire paperwork to include proper identification, offer letter, background testing set up, and benefit options.
Coordinate the orientation/onboarding, training, and exiting processes.
Maintain and update all personnel and safety records. Keep correct information posted.
Enforce contractor and visitor safety requirements.
Maintain plant supplies, such as office supplies, break room, etc.
Support administrative function for team as needed.
Qualifications
AS/BS preferred or will consider equivalent training/experience.
2 to 3 years of office/HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
Background with manufacturing methods, process improvement programs, and/or analysis preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer software applications.
Must be a team player with the ability to work independently.
Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information and situations.
Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to complete multiple tasks and high volume of work on deadline.
Possess strong attention to detail and ability to edit, audit, and proofread.
Must have excellent time management and communication skills.
Lifting up to 25 lbs.
