This is a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians and experts in the field of pediatric speech and language therapy. Our clinics specialize in a wide range of evidence-based and cutting-edge approaches, offering meaningful mentorship, collaboration, and professional growth. Areas of specialization include: Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), PROMPT Therapy, Gestalt Language Processing, Hanen Model, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, and Craniofacial abnormalities and treatment.
Job Responsibilities
- Create and deliver individualized therapy for children ages birth to 12 using evidence-based practices
- Complete thorough and timely documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries
- Partner with families, caregivers, and teachers to develop strategies that support each child's development across environments
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive, coordinated care
- Stay current with pediatric therapy techniques, research, and best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid California licensure or certification in Speech-Language Pathology
- Compassionate, patient, and deeply committed to making a difference in children's lives
- Previous experience in pediatric therapy or related specialties preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $ $60.00 per hour
