Step right up FunBox — DMV's largest bounce park — is bringing 20,000 square feet of wall-to-wall fun to Bowie, Maryland… and we're searching for an extraordinary General Manager to lead the charge.

What You'll Do

Lead and inspire a team of 20–30+ rockstars (and sometimes more) to deliver magical guest experiences.

• Run the show like a pro: from birthday parties that wow parents to daily ops that make the park hum.
• Keep the bounce booming — from ticket sales to merch to epic events.
• Manage some expenses, hit goals, and still keep things fun-first.
• Be the heartbeat of the park: present, energetic, and always on your toes.

What We're Looking For

2–3+ years of management experience leading teams of at least 15+ people.

• Proven skills in coaching, accountability, and driving results (with a smile).
• If you've managed at indoor entertainment legends like Chuck E. Cheese, Dave & Buster's, Bowlero, Sky Zone, or similar — that's aHUGE PLUS (we're basically rolling out the red carpet).
• Comfort juggling operations, guest happiness, and financials — all while keeping the vibe upbeat.
• Passion for creating joyful, family-friendly chaos (the good kind).
