Summary

Right Step LLC is looking for a passionate licensed therapist (LGPC, LCPC) to provide in-school therapy and mental health support to 6th–12th grade students in the Howard County Public School System (HCPSS).

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a school setting
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families
• Empower students through strength-based, trauma-informed care
• Help shape a supportive school environment for mental wellness
• Participate in SSTs, care team meetings, and school planning
• Use our easy-to-navigate EHR system to stay organized

Requirements

Licensed in Maryland (LGPC, LCPC)

• Experience working with youth
• Strong communicator and collaborator
• Organized, ethical, and culturally responsive

Spanish or multilingual skills a plus
