We're looking to add a Sales Specialist. The position is 100% fully based in our office at Milpitas, California.
As a Sales Specialist You will:

As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our company's products or services to prospective clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in sales while building valuable skills in communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, engage potential customers, and convert them into loyal clients, contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

What skills and experiences are we looking:

Job Requirements:

  • Lead Generation & Engagement: Identify and research potential leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social media while building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers to understand their needs.
  • Product Promotion & Sales Presentation: Develop a thorough understanding of products or services to effectively communicate their features and benefits and conduct impactful product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Customer engagement: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Presentation: Conduct product presentation and demonstrations to effectively communicate the value.
  • Sales Target: Execute effective sales strategies to close deals and meet or exceed sales target.
  • Sales Strategy & Record Keeping: Execute effective sales strategies to close deals and meet sales targets, maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions, and prepare regular sales reports for management.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the sales manager and team.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey product information and build rapport with clients.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively build relationship with customers and understand their needs.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to changing market conditions and sales techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education
  • At least 2-3 years of sales experience required; experience working through resellers is highly desirable
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quota
  • Experience working with a lead generation process and CRM systems
  • Ability to apply creative and persistent selling techniques to recruit and manage a portfolio of resellers
  • Must be onsite daily unless otherwise approved by management and human resources manager
  • If covering the East Coast region, working hours are expected to alight with Eastern Time Zone
  • Must be a true "hunter" – comfortable and proactive in pursuing new leads and business opportunities.
  • Expected to actively prospect through cold calls, follow-ups, and outreach strategies
  • Strong ability to understand and align with customer needs, offering tailored solutions that drive engagement and conversations.

Yearly Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000
