Behavioral Health Technicians are responsible for the care, safety, support, logistics, and supervision of clients in our mental health programs. Responsibilities

• Maintain accountability by reinforcing facility policies and procedures.
• Serve as a positive role model for clients through punctuality, professional appearance, respectful communication, and responsible conduct.
• Accurately and promptly document client notes.
• Safely transport clients to clinical groups, outside activities, meetings, and appointments.
• Support the overall treatment environment by ensuring client safety and well-being. individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a licensed professional.
• Provide direct support and care to clients, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress towards goals.
• Assist in crisis intervention and management when necessary.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years as a Behavioral Health Technician in a mental health setting (preferred).
• Valid Florida Driver's License with no driving violations in the past 5 years.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
