Shift Leader

Earn $12.00 to $14.00/hour (includes an average of $3.00/hour in tips and quarterly bonus) as a full time Shift Leader or Assistant Manager of a Marcos Pizza (depending on your prior work experience and the days and times you're available for work). It will be your job to lead the crew in a fast-paced store culture of accountability.

Pizza is fun, and it will be your job to keep everything moving like a well-oiled machine, while creating a fun and customer-centric environment.We are seeking candidates that have 1-2 years of management/supervisory experience in the restaurant and/or retail setting.

6. Leading in financial areas of the restaurant by attaining sales growth, cost management, and profitability.
7. Learning the Marco's Pizza system operations and objectives.
8. Focusing on achieving results without compromising customer service, a great product, or the image of the restaurant.

Shift Leaders and Assistant Managers would assist General Manager in duties listed above.

With proven performance and a strong desire to exceed expectations, you could be a candidate for promotion to the General Manager position, which is demanding, but offers much in return.
