Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
• Assist with food handling, preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
• Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately at the end of each shift
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues promptly
• Provide excellent guest relations by addressing concerns professionally and ensuring a positive experience
• Support other restaurant operations as needed, including night club service or host/hostess duties

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightlife exposure
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable
• Culinary experience or background in food preparation is highly desirable
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
• Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items and maximize sales opportunities
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
• Previous experience with serving in nightclub or hospitality settings is a plus
