Logistics Coordinator

We seek to help our customers bridge the gaps of their supply chain issues by specializing in expedited solutions to help preserve assembly lines, warehouses, production facilities, stores and more. Our clientele range from all over the global economy and include fortune 500 companies who rely on our proprietary expertise of the logistics industry in order to meet their specified needs.

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate who has a background in customer experience, communication, and/or sales. The individual will fit into a small team and needs to have a good attitude and willingness to fulfill group tasks. The individual also needs to be able to work at a self paced level when shipment load dictates.

Examples of group and individual tasks are related to logistics and supply chain coordination; setting up shipments, coordinating pickups and deliveries, follow up, and data entry.

Computer skills along with previous logistics (general industry) experience is a requirement.

Other skills required:

Skilled with Microsoft Office

Efficient with Google web platforms (sheets, docs, and g suite)

Efficient Typist

Ability to Multi Task

Ability to work in a fast paced environment and problem solve on the go

Quick Learner with technology (Industry specific software such as SAP TM )

Strong references

Training Information:

Training will take place over the course of 2-3 weeks at a physical office space in Lake Zurich, IL. Training days are paid, and all equipment needed to perform job duties will be provided by the company.
