Responsibilities:
Acknowledge and warmly welcome guests upon their arrival.
Expertly service food and drink orders with precision and attention to detail.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our menu items and specials, answering guests' questions confidently.
Continuously pre-bus tables to maintain a pristine dining environment.
Perform cleaning and side work to contribute to the overall efficiency of operations.

Requirements:
High School graduate or equivalent.
Minimum age of 18.
2 years of experience in fine dining preferred.
Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Courteous, friendly, respectful, and professional demeanor.
Well-groomed appearance reflective of an upscale atmosphere.
Physical ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for extended periods.
Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and craft beer is a plus.
TABC certification.
Texas Food Handler certification.
