We're seeking a driven, hard-working, entrepreneurial minded individual to join our growing team as an Entry-Level Financial Professional. In this role, you'll help clients develop comprehensive retirement strategies while building your own professional practice within our supportive framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized retirement planning solutions to clients
- Educate clients on retirement asset growth and protection strategies
- Conduct needs analyses and recommend appropriate financial products
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Leverage our digital platforms to enhance client experience
- Stay current on industry regulations and product offerings
Qualifications
- Strong interest in financial services (prior experience beneficial but not required)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset

- Willingness to obtain necessary licenses (we provide training and support)

Responsibilities
- Provide strategic recommendations for products, plans, investments, and other methods to help clients achieve financial goals
- Be a coachable, organized team member interested in pursuing training development and educational opportunities
- Gather and assess each client's financial information to accurately determine factors including financial status, cash flow, monetary expectations, financial goals, retirement plans, and additional factors related to wealth management
- Create customized financial plans for each client based on his or her life stage, professional circumstances, and fluctuating financial needs
- Serve as a trusted advisor for new clients acquired through proactive measures to seek, identify, and establish prospects
Qualifications
- Superior communication, relationship building, and math skills to establish a strong foundation of customer service for all clients.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $56, $98,500.00 per year
