As our Retail Store Lead, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Assisting with inventory management and ensuring shelves are well-stocked and organized.
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues with professionalism.
• Supporting the team in meeting sales goals and maintaining store standards.
