Material Supply Analyst

Join Millennium Print Group as a Material Supply Analyst
We're looking for a Material Supply Analyst IC3 to support production operations by forecasting material demand, managing supply allocation, and partnering cross-functionally to keep production running smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoy solving complex planning challenges, we'd love to hear from you.

Location: Raleigh, NC
Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite
Pay & Benefits: Competitive salary + bonus eligibility + full benefits package

What You'll Do
  • Forecast material demand using production schedules, forecasts, and historical data

  • Monitor stock levels and resolve shortages or delays that could impact production

  • Partner with Purchasing to confirm delivery schedules and manage material risks

  • Track material supply and demand across multiple platforms and vendors

  • Support WIP management and recommend adjustments to production plans

  • Participate in daily production meetings and provide job status updates

  • Identify and support improvements to material planning processes

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience considered

  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or supply planning roles

  • Printing industry experience preferred

  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling systems

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

  • English proficiency required; Spanish is a plus
