Assistant Clinical Director – LPC / BCBA

Locations: Meadville, Sharon, & New Castle, PA
Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or LPC-equivalent with BCBA credentials to provide leadership and oversight of clinical services across our Meadville, Sharon, and New Castle locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all clinical services, including psychiatric clinic operations and IBHS programming
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, ethical standards, and best clinical practices
• Provide clinical supervision and support to multidisciplinary treatment teams
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain quality assurance and program development
• Support clinical documentation standards and outcome-based care

Qualifications

• Active LPC or LPC-equivalent license (LCSW or psychologist)
• BCBA certification required
• Experience with IBHS services strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, supervision, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel between assigned locations as needed
