Hybrid 3 days per week in Richmond, VA Join a leading financial services organization at the cutting edge of banking, technology, and data. We are looking for a dedicated individual to serve as a Content Process Coordinator, where you will play a significant role in managing and enhancing our affiliate marketing operations. As a W2 employee, you will be part of a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance. The W2 rate is $40-$45/hr. Key Responsibilities: Gain a comprehensive understanding of our operations and the requirements for affiliate marketing success, encompassing capabilities, technology, and compliance. Collaborate with business owners and cross-functional teams to clarify business objectives and identify risks, ensuring the successful launch of new products. Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to verify the accuracy of marketing content prior to distribution to third-party partners, utilizing your knowledge of UDAP and Reg Z for compliance reviews. Effectively communicate and influence various partners across multiple levels, ensuring alignment on key initiatives. Develop strong partnerships with third-party suppliers and internal stakeholders to optimize collaborations and improve operational efficiency. Create and maintain necessary process documentation for audit purposes while driving continuous process improvements. Thrive in a fast-paced environment by managing both routine tasks and in-market issue resolution. Identify potential risks and proactively address issues that could impact growth objectives or partnerships. Analyze performance data to drive strategic decisions and enhance business practices for reporting to senior leadership. Support team members by stepping in as a back-up in critical areas when necessary. Preferred Qualifications: Process or project management certifications (LEAN, Six Sigma, CAPM, PMP). 3+ years of experience in project, process, or risk management. 3+ years of operations experience. 3+ years of vendor or relationship management experience. 2+ years of experience focusing on customer collaboration to achieve objectives. 2+ years of risk management or compliance experience. 2+ years proficiency in Google Suite. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience.
