Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure the availability of equipment to meet sales demands. Customer Support:
Address customer inquiries related to orders, delivery schedules, and product information, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Reporting:
Generate and analyze operational reports to track key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Compliance:
Ensure all documentation and processes align with company policies and industry regulations. Qualifications: Proven experience in operations management, preferably in equipment sales or a similar industry. Strong proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
