As a Wireless Sales Trainee, you will dive into a dynamic, hands-on learning experience, mastering everything from cutting-edge smartphone features to diverse data plans for AT&T. You'll gain unparalleled direct customer engagement skills, learn how to conduct compelling product demonstrations, and effectively close sales, all under the guidance of experienced mentors.
Essential Functions of the Wireless Sales Trainee Role Participate in immersive training to develop expert knowledge of AT&T’s wireless products, services, and plans Learn and apply direct sales techniques, including prospecting, product demonstrations, and closing strategies Engage face-to-face with potential customers in assigned territories, such as residential neighborhoods and community events Deliver interactive, easy-to-understand demonstrations of wireless devices and explain their benefits Help customers choose the best AT&T plans and devices tailored to their needs and lifestyle Accurately process activations, upgrades, and complete all required documentation with attention to detail Maintain organized records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools Consistently meet or exceed sales goals while representing Encore Promotions and AT&T with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-first mindset
