Description

As an HR Advisor at Ranpak, you will be the go‑to partner for our employees.

You'll play a key business partner role in supporting the Ranpak EMEA business as well as supporting the Director HR EMEA/APAC in region overarching projects.

These include working with people leaders to execute our talent management cycle, implementing employee programs, and advising regarding employee experience matters.

You will also act as the UKG (HRIS) Super User and manage the EMEA portion of several global HR processes.

This position offers broad exposure and plenty of opportunities to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding day‑to‑day HR questions.

Advise and coach people leaders regarding their team dynamics and talent matters

Provide input to and implement various employee programs and enhance employee experience throughout EMEA

Strengthen and enhance Ranpak's employer branding.

Maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as government bodies, training institutes, and other partners.

Act as UKG Super User:

support reporting, deliver internal training, and drive system optimization.

Define, improve, and implement HR processes.

Support recruitment activities.

Coordinate the full on‑ and off‑boarding process.

Participate in internal and external audits.

Support the management of the absence and illness process.

Your Profile

You bring experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar HR role, and you're eager to continue developing as an HR professional.

You think in processes, know how to translate them into practical actions, and enjoy working in a technical environment. You communicate confidently in both Dutch and English—verbally and in writing.

You Also Bring

A bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

8–12 years of experience in a comparable HR role.

A proactive, hands‑on mindset.

Strong ability to understand, define, and optimize HR processes.

Comfort working independently and taking ownership.

An approachable, positive, and collaborative attitude.

Resilience and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, changing environment.

Fluency in Dutch and English.
