to join our team and support our client's needs. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States. Key Responsibilities Provide expert operational support, maintenance, and engineering for the complete Zscaler product suite (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, ZCC) as part of our deployed Zscaler implementations. Configure and fine-tune the system for optimal performance and alerting capabilities. Utilize your expertise to troubleshoot intricate networking and security issues associated with Zscaler. Advise clients on Zscaler's network and security functionalities. Ensure adherence to security standards, policies, and best practices for IT systems and data protection. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate Zscaler into existing networks, firewalls, external vendors, and server infrastructures, ensuring top-tier technical support. Create and update technical documentation, including network diagrams and security protocols. Mentor and train internal teams on Zscaler best practices and security settings. Work closely with Zscaler Technical Support to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Assist in the design and implementation of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) strategies utilizing Zscaler technologies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required along with 8+ years of relevant experience. Required Skills and Experience 5+ years of experience in network security, cloud security, or similar fields. 2+ years of hands-on experience with Zscaler deployments in a support role. Proficient in deploying and managing Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, and ZTA for large enterprises. In-depth knowledge of Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), and Zscaler Client Connector. Experience with App Connectors and Branch Connectors management. Familiarity with Zscaler's cloud architecture and security services. Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, etc.). Solid foundation in networking and cybersecurity principles. Familiarity with cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Understanding of Trusted Internet Connections (TIC) and basic knowledge of MPLS and WAN routing principles. Basic understanding of IPv4 and IPv6 protocols. Knowledge of Zero Trust principles and Secure Web Gateway (SWG) architectures. A proactive team player capable of working autonomously when needed. Clearance Required:
Must be able to obtain and maintain HUD Public Trust. Preferred Skills and Experience Zscaler Digital Transformation Administrator (ZDTA) certification. Zscaler Digital Transformation Engineer (ZDTE) certification. Zscaler Digital Experience Administrator (ZDXA) certification. Familiarity with automation and scripting tools (Python, Ansible, Terraform). Network and/or Security Certifications are a plus.
