Über
System Maintenance and Continued Operations
Apply Salesforce platform updates, releases, and patches in a timely manner Address performance issues proactively. Provide support for Salesforce users, addressing technical issues, and providing guidance. Ensure that all integrations function correctly and smoothly with other systems and applications. Manage upgrades to integration platforms and tools, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Code fixes and Configuration fixes.
Enhancements
Provide system optimization and general maintenance and operations of both the programs. Provide emergency support to correct serious or sudden defects with program applications. Modify and expand upon code as required Unit and System testing UAT Support and fix bugs during this testing Integration/regression testing support and fix bugs (if applicable) Deployment Support Build Code and Configurations Setup
Mandatory Experience:
Within the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming. Within the last ten (10) years, at least three (3) years of electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming experience must have been in a lead capacity. Must possess a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. A copy of the degree must be provided upon request. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Within the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum five (5) years of experience in software maintenance, support, and enhancements for at least two (2) applications on the same Salesforce Org. Within the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum three (3) years of prior experience in Salesforce Cloud Lightning Service or equivalent. Within the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum three (3) years of prior experience in Lightning Web Components and Apex. Within the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum one (1) year of prior experience in Salesforce Customer Community Login or equivalent. Must provide a client/user end reference contact information for each applicable project meeting the requirements and to sign attachments upon request. The reference contact must be a representative of the company for which the project was developed and have performed a management or supervisory role. Desirable Experience:
Possession of Salesforce Platform Developer 1 Certification. A copy of the certification must be provided upon request. Possession of Salesforce Platform Developer 2 Certification. A copy of the certification must be provided upon request. Within the last ten (10) years, at least one (1) year of prior experience using the Copado deployment tool.
