Product Owner - Data and Analytics , where you will serve as the vital link between our business stakeholders and technical teams. In this role, you will forge and maintain relationships with key business partners to uncover analytics opportunities, shape product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, while ensuring best practices in data management for the Multi-Color Analytics Platform (MAP). Your expertise will help Multi-Color maximize its investments in Snowflake and Power BI. As a remote opportunity, you will collaborate with leaders and power users across Finance, Commercial, and Operations to refine analytics solutions, advocate for best practices, and enhance adoption. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to establish business objectives and maintain product roadmaps while prioritizing backlogs effectively. Define and manage the full lifecycle of data products. Champion data quality, lineage, and compliance standards across the organization. Guide internal and vendor development teams in their processes. Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide training for end-users, sharing insights and best practices. Partner with power users to develop and track usage metrics, driving adoption. Actively contribute to advancing data and analytics maturity within the organization. Participate in Agile ceremonies to enhance team collaboration and delivery. Assist in managing platform and delivery vendors while staying updated on innovations to leverage new features effectively. Qualifications: 10 years of experience in data and analytics development, ideally as a requirements analyst, product owner, or product manager. Experience with enterprise data warehouse development is a plus. Proven analytical skills with a strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and engage senior leaders and stakeholders. Demonstrated passion for product management and delivering impactful products. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships. Familiarity with modern data and analytics platforms such as Snowflake, Matillion, and Power BI. Experience in the Global Manufacturing or print industry is highly advantageous. A university degree, preferably in Computer Science.
