THE TEAM - CORPORATE PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT Work alongside both fast-growing startups and well-known enterprises (publicly and privately held) on a range of transformative corporate performance management (CPM) projects utilizing OneStream XF. Partner with leaders across Highspring to provide fully integrated services for clients in the office of the CFO, CAO, and CIO. Your Impact Lead technical aspects of OneStream engagements, including new implementations and enhancement efforts throughout the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support. Collaborate with the leadership of Highspring’s CPM practice to set and execute strategy, expand the practice, strengthen our alliance with OneStream, enhance our center of excellence, and support staffing and recruitment initiatives. Assist in business development and marketing endeavors, including events, conferences, demonstrations, and proposal efforts. Ensure compliance with Highspring's delivery methodology, standards, tools, and templates while proactively identifying opportunities for ongoing improvement. Educate both internal and external audiences on OneStream XF capabilities and best practices. Foster team development through coaching, mentorship, career growth opportunities, and technical training. Collaborate with other Highspring services (such as target operating model, finance transformation, technical accounting, M&A, etc.) to engage as a business partner and advisor to our clients. You know that teamwork is essential and seek opportunities to share and implement best practices, always on the lookout for innovative approaches to enhance client outcomes. At a minimum, you will have: 3+ years of direct, full life cycle experience implementing or optimizing OneStream. 5+ additional years of direct, full life cycle experience with OneStream or other top CPM solutions (e.g., Oracle EPM Cloud, Oracle Hyperion, etc.). Proven ability to create technical solutions that meet functional business needs. 5+ years of relevant professional services experience. Strong grasp of the functional business processes supported by CPM, including close, consolidation, reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting. In-depth knowledge of CPM best practices. Experience with data integration, conversions, and interfaces. Familiarity with OneStream business rules and/or .NET and/or VBA and/or SQL. Experience managing projects, with responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, and resource management. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and build high-performing teams that exceed client expectations. Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time. Preferably, you will have: A bachelor's and/or graduate degree in finance, accounting, business administration, information systems, IT, or a related field. Previous functional or industry experience in corporate accounting or financial planning & analysis (FP&A). OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) lead architect certification. CPA, PMP, CSM, or Six Sigma certifications. Compensation for this role is influenced by various factors including skills, experience, training, certifications, geographic location, and other organizational needs. As required by local law, the estimated salary range for this position varies between $129,546 and $239,796 USD. The candidate may also be eligible for bonuses and financial incentives based on both individual and company performance.
