We're hiring Café Team Member to help with coffee, sandwiches, and keeping the café running smoothly.

• $19/hr + tips (~$7/hr)
• Around 15-35 hrs/week (Should have weekend availability)

Café Team Member (Barista & Food Prep)
Archr Coffee + Bakery – Langley, BC

Pay: $19/hour + tips (around $7/hour usually)
Hours: Part-time (approx hrs/week)

We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Café Team Member to join our team at Archr Coffee + Bakery. As an independent, family-owned coffee shop, we take pride in serving quality food and beverages and creating a warm, welcoming space for our community.

Schedule Requirements

• Must be available to work either Saturday, Sunday, or both.
• Plus a few weekday shifts
• Shifts are typically 4–8 hours

What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve espresso drinks, teas, and café beverages
• Take customer orders and operate POS with accuracy
• Prepare and assemble sandwiches and food items
• Maintain a clean and organized café environment
• Support your team with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
• Provide warm, friendly customer service and build rapport with guests

Qualifications

• 1+ year customer service experience (café/coffee/food & beverage preferred)
• Barista experience strongly preferred
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and handle food safely
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
