Job Summary:
We are hiring a dedicated Fulfillment Associate for our bustling warehouse in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our order fulfillment process, ensuring that our customers receive their products quickly and accurately. This position involves a variety of tasks, from receiving goods to preparing them for shipment. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and order sheets.
  • Verify product accuracy and quantities before packing.
  • Package items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection during transit.
  • Process shipments using various carriers and shipping software.
  • Receive incoming inventory, check for damage, and stock appropriately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Assist with inventory control tasks, including cycle counts.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to Safety and security.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
  • Capable of moderate to heavy Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using scanners and basic computer systems.
  • Must be willing to wear appropriate PPE, including safety vests and gloves.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse Safety protocols.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
