Our Richmond, Virginia distribution center is seeking a dedicated Distribution Center Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the day-to-day logistics and operations of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include handling incoming and outgoing inventory, ensuring accurate order fulfillment through precise picking and packing, and maintaining a well-organized stockroom. Contributing to a safe and efficient work environment is a key aspect of this position. We value individuals who are reliable, possess strong communication skills, and are committed to teamwork. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided; we are looking for motivated individuals eager to enter the logistics field. This role requires physical activity, including standing for extended periods, walking, bending, and the ability to handle Lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Adherence to all company Safety policies, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. - Receive, sort, and stock inventory accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with stock rotation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment and tools.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and wear mandated PPE.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet performance metrics.
