The adjunct faculty will deliver high-quality instruction to undergraduate or graduate students, emphasizing practical and theoretical aspects of the discipline. This role involves teaching, mentoring students, and contributing to the growth of the program through innovative course design and delivery.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver engaging course content in the academic discipline.
  • Foster an inclusive and collaborative learning environment that encourages creativity and critical thinking.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to students.
  • Evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, presentations, and examinations in accordance with university policies.
  • Stay current with trends in the field or discipline.
  • Participate in periodic departmental meetings and provide feedback to improve course offerings and student outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's degree appropriate for the discipline and experience in the field.
  • Experience teaching online at the baccalaureate level for undergraduate courses and the master's level for graduate courses.
  • Online teaching experience.
  • Relevant industry/professional experience directly related to the course to be taught.

Compensation Pay Range:

$3,000 per 4 credit course
