Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician at Felner Corp., you'll be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation and well-being of our communities. Compensation:

$ $27.50 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Act as a first line of defense for building repairs.
• Perform facilities maintenance repairs, including, but not limited to, electrical, HVAC, painting, plumbing, ceiling tile replacement, lighting, carpentry, building equipment, etc.
• Perform preventative maintenance throughout the building.
• Execute daily operations to keep commercial buildings and condominiums safe and in working order.
• Liaison between the Management Company and vendors for specific tasks.
• Responsible for the daily management of the schedule to complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Oversee and manage maintenance projects at commercial and condominium properties in Fairfield County.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in home maintenance or a related field.
• Knowledge of home maintenance techniques and equipment.
• Availability to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Valid US work authorization.
• Strong maintenance experience and skills.
• Valid Driver's License.
