Location: Cortland Health and Rehab, Thomas, WV
Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN
Shifts Available: (Evening / Overnight / Weekend)
Sign-On Bonus available to FT and PT Candidates up to $5,000

What You'll Do:
- Deliver hands-on care and personal support to residents
- Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and resident behavior
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and home-like environment
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
- Communicate effectively with nurses, staff, and families
Ideal Candidate:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing with West Virginia
- Previous experience in long-term care or senior living (preferred)
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Able to manage physical demands and emotionally rewarding work

Salary/ Wage Range
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
There is also a sign-on bonus paid out to Full Time and Part Time. This money is allocated in addition every 90 days for 1 year.
