Here Are the Details of Your New Career:

• Proactively follow up with customers before they need to follow up with you. We don't wait for success—we create it.
• Engage in regular product and sales training to sharpen your skills, improve your techniques, and increase your earning potential.
• Demonstrate our Core Values every day. Master these, and you'll earn promotions and leadership opportunities as we grow.
• Work 28-32 hours per week, with three full workdays scheduled:
• Weekdays: 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM
• Saturdays: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM (as needed)
• Closed on Sundays

• Earn an average of $16-$25+ per hour through base pay, commissions, and bonuses.

• No sales experience required - we sell differently than most sales jobs anyways. We want team members who thrive in developing relationships with customers and want to help improve our customers lives through better sleep.

Compensation:

• Paid Training to set you up for success.
• Base Pay plus Commission on every sale.
• Monthly bonuses based on store performance.
• Extra SPIFFs (additional commission) on select products.
• Your commission rate grows as you hit revenue milestones.

Your Schedule:

• 3 Full days per week on the sales floor hours per week). Most of our team members in school either take some classes online or attend class on M,W,F or Tu, Th and work the opposite days.
• Mandatory weekly sales training – Every Friday from 7:30 - 8:30 AM.

Stop - Before Applying, You Must:

• Pass a background check.
• Be able to lift a few heavy mattresses lbs) daily.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Have reliable transportation to get to and from IDAHO FALLS.
