Senior Manager, Professional Services, Technical Program Management

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager Professional Services Technical Program Management - AMER to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. As a Senior Manager Professional Services Technical Program Management - AMER, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent outcomes for customers and stakeholders in the Information Technology space. Location: Remote

Compensation: $145,600 – $312,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management strategy and execution to ensure high-quality outcomes
• Manage and mentor a distributed team of project and program managers
• Define and refine project management frameworks and methodologies
• Oversee a diverse portfolio of Professional Services projects for optimal delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives
• Track and report key program performance indicators
• Serve as an escalation point for complex project issues

Qualifications

• 5-7 years leading complex programs in customer-facing roles, especially in technology or software
• Experience building and scaling project management teams in Professional Services
• Strong understanding of delivery models and impact-focused metrics
• Expertise in project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Strategic thinking to align company goals with project delivery
• Ability to thrive in a remote, distributed work environment
