What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead multiple external client implementations, ensuring timely completion of project deliverables
• Serve as the primary contact and escalation point for clients and implementation team members
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, banks, and business partners
• Proactively manage project scope, timelines, status reporting, and risk identification
• Provide weekly status reporting to clients, management, and internal staff

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4+ years of project management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Highly skilled in Microsoft products including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• PMP Certification
• Change Management experience
• Previous experience in property management operations, consulting, or general finance
• Prior experience with direct client/external-facing engagements
