About the Position
Alabama Junk is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to oversee daily scheduling, customer communication, and operational support. This role is key to ensuring professional service execution and strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls, emails, and text inquiries
Provide accurate service quotes (training provided)
Schedule and route crews efficiently
Maintain detailed job documentation
Deliver consistent, professional customer communication
Process payments and assist with administrative duties
Support leadership with daily operational needs
Qualifications
Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task calmly and efficiently
Reliable, punctual, and accountable
Prior office, dispatch, scheduling, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
Comfortable using modern software / technology
Must pass background check
Compensation
$17–$22 per hour depending on experience
Monthly performance bonus potential
