About the Position

Alabama Junk is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to oversee daily scheduling, customer communication, and operational support. This role is key to ensuring professional service execution and strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and text inquiries

  • Provide accurate service quotes (training provided)

  • Schedule and route crews efficiently

  • Maintain detailed job documentation

  • Deliver consistent, professional customer communication

  • Process payments and assist with administrative duties

  • Support leadership with daily operational needs

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills and professional phone presence

  • Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail

  • Ability to multi-task calmly and efficiently

  • Reliable, punctual, and accountable

  • Prior office, dispatch, scheduling, customer service, or administrative experience preferred

  • Comfortable using modern software / technology

  • Must pass background check

Compensation

  • $17–$22 per hour depending on experience

  • Monthly performance bonus potential
