Job Description: Residential House Cleaner

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Residential House Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality cleaning services to residential clients, ensuring their homes are spotless, organized, and welcoming. Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of all areas in residential homes, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, and common spaces.

• Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish surfaces such as floors, furniture, appliances, and fixtures.

• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to a streak-free shine.

• Sanitize high-touch areas like doorknobs, light switches, and countertops.

• Empty trash bins, recycle materials, and maintain proper waste disposal.

• Organize and tidy spaces, including making beds, folding laundry, and arranging items neatly.

• Communicate with clients to understand specific needs or preferences, and report any maintenance issues observed.

• Adhere to health and safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments as needed

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred, but entry-level candidates with enthusiasm to learn are welcome.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

• Physical stamina to handle tasks like lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if required for travel between client sites).

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.

• Excellent time management skills to complete jobs within scheduled timeframes.

• Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and safe handling of chemicals.

• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in cleaning or housekeeping are a plus.
