The Business Informatics Shared Services (BISS) Team is focused on optimizing the execution, investments, strategy, application experience, project delivery, and governance between the corporate technology and business teams, primarily in support of enterprise Finance. The BISS team has extensive and broad enterprise data experience that is frequently engaged to support efforts outside of Finance.
The Technology Implementation Professional gathers and documents business system and functional requirements. influences system design to optimize support and ensures solutions meet the business objectives and requirements. Completes and/or coordinates implementation of design and requirements. testing, operational readiness, and transition to the appropriate production support team. Advise executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.
Required Qualifications
Use your skills to make an impact
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or a related technical field
- 2 or more years of project leadership experience
- Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile Development Methodologies
- Experience in IT business analysis, including artifacts development
- Experience problem solving and consultation within complex environments
- Facilitating cross-functional teams' efforts
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Accounting/Finance knowledge/experience
- Advanced SQL or similar
- Medicare/Medicaid experience
- Data architecture/solution architecture experience
- Project work/requirement design/testing
- Production support/Project work
- Significant collaboration with IT experience
Bonus/Plus Qualifications
- Cloud/Snowflake/Databricks experience
- Working with Service Ops (claims. B&E. etc.)
