Maintenance Supervisor

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Maintenance Supervisor to lead our facilities management team at our upscale hotel property. In this energetic role, you will oversee all aspects of maintenance operations, ensuring the safety, efficiency, and reliability of the building's systems and infrastructure. Duties

• Supervise daily maintenance activities across all hotel facilities, including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and general building operations
• Lead and coordinate maintenance projects utilizing project management skills to ensure timely completion within scope and budget
• Manage and update the Quore to track work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and asset records
• Oversee troubleshooting and repairs involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, low voltage, high voltage, and industrial control systems
• Conduct inspections of mechanical equipment using tools such as ohmmeters and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing coaching on mechanical knowledge, electrical experience, and facilities management best practices
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
• Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, safety procedures, and compliance records to support operational excellence

Requirements

• Proven management experience in facilities management or industrial maintenance environments with supervising responsibilities
• Strong mechanical knowledge coupled with electrical expertise in both low voltage and high voltage systems
• Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and troubleshooting industrial control systems
• Familiarity with Quore software for work order management and asset tracking
• Knowledge of PTAC systems, manufacturing processes, and general facilities management practices
• Ability to read technical schematics and electrical diagrams accurately
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team while maintaining high standards of safety and quality
• Proficiency in project management principles to oversee multiple ongoing maintenance initiatives effectively
• Fluency in English for clear communication across teams and documentation purposes
