The Role

As an Auto Body Tech, you are the backbone of our restoration process. You'll handle everything from structural repairs to precision refinishing, ensuring every vehicle leaves our shop in showroom condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expert Repair: Repair, replace, and upgrade exterior components with precision.
• Diagnostics: Perform thorough inspections to ensure all damage is identified and resolved.
• Pre-Paint Prep: Sand, refinish, and prep surfaces to meet our high standards for paint adhesion.
• Estimating: Provide accurate cost and labor estimations before beginning repairs.
• Collaboration: Work seamlessly with our paint department and service advisors to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience as an Auto Body Technician is required.
• Preference: I-CAR Certification and 5+ years of experience are highly preferred.
• Tool Proficiency: Full capability with a wide array of collision repair and maintenance tools.
• Skills: Basic technological proficiency for diagnostic and estimating software.
• Availability: Willingness to work evening or weekend shifts to meet our high customer demand.
• Safety: A strict commitment to following all workplace safety protocols.
