Housekeeper

We are a private family on Oahu seeking a reliable, detail-oriented housekeeper to help maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable home. This role can be structured as part-time or full-time depending on availability and fit. We are looking for someone trustworthy, consistent, and proactive who takes pride in their work.

Responsibilities:

• General house cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, wiping surfaces)
• Kitchen cleaning (counters, dishes, appliances, trash)
• Bathroom cleaning and sanitizing
• Laundry (washing, folding, light ironing as needed)
• Bed making and linen changes
• Organization of common areas, bedrooms, and closets
• Light tidying and daily upkeep
• Occasional deep cleaning projects as needed
• Notifying the family of any maintenance or supply needs

Requirements:

• Prior housekeeping or residential cleaning experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Trustworthy, punctual, and dependable
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable working in a private family home
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check (if requested)

Schedule & Flexibility:

• Part-time: 2–4 days per week
• Full-time: 4–5 days per week
• Flexible hours available for the right candidate
