• Lead and motivate Team Members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Promote a positive, inclusive work environment and build strong team relationships.
• Train and develop Team Members to maintain high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness.
• Support the General Manager in running a fast-paced, successful restaurant.

Manage labor costs through effective floor management. Control food & paper costs using order guides. Ensure flawless execution of product launches & promotions. Resolve guest concerns & support the team in issue prevention. Recruit & train new Team Members. Uphold Health & Safety policies, coaching & disciplining as needed. Plan, organize & oversee daily restaurant operations.

• Standing & walking for extended periods.
• Lifting/carrying up to 20 kg (45 lbs) as needed.
• Assisting with large deliveries up to twice a week.
• Transitioning between cold (freezer) & hot (oven) environments.
• Thriving under fast-paced, high-pressure conditions.

Must be flexible, with varying weekly shifts to support business needs. Monthly schedules may include afternoon & weekend shifts.

• Education - Secondary (high) school graduation
• Experience - Minimum 3-year experience in the quick-service restaurant industry
• Computer Skills - Point of Sale System, Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Customer service mindset
• Servsafe Required.
