Financial Analyst

The ideal candidate will be responsible for using their analytical mindset to analyze and interpret financial data, then relating it to potential business trends and issues.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles
• Deliver variance analysis and actionable insights to senior leadership
• Utilize and develop financial models to evaluate business performance and initiatives
• Prepare monthly reporting, dashboards, and KPI analysis
• Partner cross-functionally to support data-driven decision-making

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2 - 3 years financial analysis
• Strong technical skills including advanced knowledge of Excel
• Must be a self-starter who is eager to learn
