Residential Cleaner

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional residential cleaning services to our clients, ensuring their homes are maintained to the highest standards. Own transportation required to transport team members and cleaning supplies, mileage compensated.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure cleanliness and hygiene
• Organize cleaning supplies and maintain equipment in good condition
• Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
• Provide excellent customer service by maintaining professionalism and a friendly attitude during interactions

Skills

• Proficiency in English; Spanish language skills are a plus for communicating with diverse clients
• Strong cleaning skills with experience in residential cleaning environments
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently
• Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
• Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Knowledge of hospitality standards is advantageous for delivering top-quality service
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 20 per week
