Associate Dentist

Our amazing dental practice is seeking a motivated Associate Dentist to join our growing team. We are a patient-centered office that combines high-quality clinical care with state-of-the-art technology in a supportive and collaborative environment.

• Part Time; 1-2 Days/week with Wednesday required.

Ideal Candidate:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Licensed in Florida
• Strong commitment to patient care and ethical dentistry
• Minimum of two years Experience
• GPR or AEGD preferred
• Comfortable with or eager to learn advanced dental technology
• Team-oriented, positive, and professional
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy, infection control practices, and HIPAA compliance.
• Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs thoroughly and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and oral surgeries with precision and care.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments by reviewing medical and dental histories, performing clinical examinations, and utilizing medical imaging techniques.
• Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with patient needs and educate patients on oral health maintenance and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and office protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with the dental team to ensure smooth clinic operations and optimal patient care experiences.

• Comprehensive general dentistry
• Restorative, crown and bridge
• Preventive and cosmetic procedures
• (Expanded services encouraged based on experience and interest)
