Architectural Designer

Overview
We are seeking a talented and innovative Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in architectural principles, technical skills in various design software, and a passion for creating functional and aesthetically compelling spaces. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to diverse projects ranging from conceptual sketches to detailed construction documents, working closely with senior architects and clients to bring visions to life.

Duties

• Develop conceptual designs and detailed architectural drawings using Revit and/or AutoCAD.
• Create schematics, construction documents, and presentation materials that meet project specifications and standards.
• Produce 2D animations and graphic designs to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients during the design development and construction phases.
• Assist in interior design planning and space planning to optimize functionality and aesthetics.
• Conduct site visits for on-site assessments, ensuring designs align with real-world conditions.
• Maintain organized project files and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Proficient using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience with schematics, drafting, system design, interior design, and construction documentation.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles combined with excellent graphic communication skills.
• Knowledge of 2D animation techniques related to architectural visualization is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects efficiently.
• A degree in Architecture is required; relevant work experience is advantageous.

Pay: $45, $85,000.00 per year
