In our time of Company growth, we are seeking a Phlebotomist - Fruitville

Work Location: Fruitville, FL

As part of this role, you will:

• Be one of the first people who greet our patients with a smile
• Take patient vital signs & document chief complaint(s)
• Collaborate with healthcare providers in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the needs of our patients
• Collect and process lab specimens

What you need to bring to this role:

• Minimum of a High School diploma or GED
• Active FL Phlebotomy Certificate preferred
• 1+ years' experience working clinically as a Phlebotomist
• Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or American Safety and Health Institute is Required
• Valid government or State photo ID

This individual procures and processes specimens to be analyzed in our lab at MCR Health or shipped to the regional lab with the knowledge and skills necessary to assure accuracy in results, reporting, and billing. This individual may have to float to sites as needed at the direction of the Department Head or designee.
