As a member of the housekeeping team at Comfort Inn by Choice Hotels, you will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
• Manage housekeeping operations efficiently, including scheduling and training staff.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to maintain quality standards.
• Handle laundry services, ensuring linens are cleaned and presented impeccably.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional supplies or services.
• Implement floor care procedures to maintain the appearance of carpets and hard surfaces.
• Collaborate with the front desk team to accommodate special guest requests or needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of floor care techniques and custodial practices.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or as part of a team.
• Familiarity with laundry operations and equipment is preferred.
• Experience in residential cleaning may be beneficial but not required.
